Quantity Surveyor - New Homes North West £40,000 - £50,000 Permanent

Description

A well regarded and expanding Regional Housing Development company are currently in need of a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team.

Working on a host of New Building Residential schemes across the area the Quantity Surveyor will be a key part of the businesses development plan moving into the future. The Quantity Surveyor will have Residential House Building experience and be tasked with the following;

* Preparation of material & subcontract budgets

* Monitor & Control building costs, monthly / quarterly valuations

* Trade supplier increase and development

* Assisting with tender documentation
