If you can answer yes to the above, then you might be our new Tool Developer.


As a Tool Developer you will be responsible for defining, specifying and implementing tools and equipment. To begin with you will be assigned to support our project pipeline. You will be working closely together with internal departments such as Production, Technology, Procurement and Quality as well as external suppliers around the world.


What are my responsibilities?


• Define tools and equipment for establishment of new production facilities and product technology transfers

• Developing, designing and implementing production tools and equipment

• Keep track of project deliverables and budget

• Quotation and order placement of tools and equipment

• Verify design concepts and production basis from suppliers to ensure that forms, fittings, functions, qualities and safety meet standards and legislation

• Shop floor support in the installation and start of production phase • Design and development of Transport equipment for internal and external transport of turbine componets


What do I need to qualify for this job?


• You have a background within engineering, e.g. construction, production, mechanical etc., combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• It is important that you possess strong project management skills

• You have strong technical/mechanical skills and knowhow

• You are experienced in 3D and 2D design, calculations and quality checks

• Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing • Willing to travel 30 - 40 days per year if necessary

• As a person you are proactive, persistent and self-driven and you thrive in an environment where you control the development from the need has been identified until the final solution has been implemented
