Business Development Manager

I am currently recruiting for commercially minded Business Development Manager who are experienced selling Telecoms or Technology Solutions B2B.
You will be meeting and negotiating with decision makers in order sell an extensive portfolio of unified business communication products & services, including SIP, Hosted, Cloud, On Premise, VoIP, Lease Lines, MPLS Networks as well as On Premise solutions and all other peripheral communication products.
You will need to be experienced in self-generate qualified leads, cold calling and booking meetings to win the new business logos. You will need to prepare & present proposals, Self-manage Sales Activities and be experienced in pipeline Management to meet monthly & quarterly GP targets.
Building a strong database of prospects and building & maintaining strong relationships with clients will be second nature to you because you are an inspirational sales individual who is credible and capable of being a trusted advisor to the client
You will need to understand what a successful business looks like and how to assist clients in their quest to deliver efficiencies and performance through technology deployment and be capable of communicating client expectations to the support team and corporate function and be part of the client experience.
Having the ability to plan and execute on over achievement of challenging targets using your strong skills to influence and win business will be the reason you are already successful within a sales environment giving you the ability to work alone and equally within a team.
Strong desire to succeed and highly self-motivated with a proven track record of previous over achievement in the same or similar role is needed for this opportunity so ideally you will have a minimum of 2+ years telecoms B2B sales experience.
