Sales Support/Internal Account Manager

For this IT Sales Support role we are looking for:

• An individual who has a background of sales within the IT or technology industry
• Experience of outbound sales and a proven track record of consistent high performance
• Ability to meet and exceed targets
• The ability to build long standing relationships with clients and to maximise business within these organisations
• Successful management of pipeline and forecasting business monthly and quarterly

 

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Ensure the system is up to date so the pipeline can be effectively managed, and all the opportunities are qualified accurately
• Raise quotations and process orders
• Communicating new services and products to prospective clients
• Working with the executive account manager to maximise a client’s full potential
• Maintain Key relationships within the assigned accounts.
• Work with the account managers to develop a proposal that is right for the client’s needs and objectives
• Use a variety of styles to negotiate and persuade appropriately
