The contracts administrator role provides administration support to the contracts admin function within the company.

  • Contract creation
  • Agility intelligence Administration
  • EMS Management
  • Renewals and Partner support

For this Contracts Administrator we are looking for someone who has:

  • Exemplary Communication and Administration Skills
  • Exemplary Attention to detail
  • High Level of skill in the MS office suite – especially Excel
  • Proactive and responsive nature
  • Awareness of SLA’s AND OLA’s
  • The willing to follow, improve and devise processes and procedures
  • Awareness of Health and Safety in the work Place

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of the support quote queue
  • Assist with EMS management
  • Supplier invoice management
  • Assist with the management of the support order queue
  • Assist with agility intelligence reporting
  • Assist with the renewals process
  • Assist with direct partner support arrangements
