For our Development Department within the Technology Department in Brande, we are looking for a dedicated Business Systems & Process Expert. The department is supporting the New Product development as well as Product maintenance, where you will ensure Business Processes and Tools from an operational perspective. As Business Systems & Process Expert, you will be part of a dynamic and quality-conscious team where NX, Teamcenter and SAP are the primary focus area, with a very broad interface towards R&D, Operations, Procurement and Service, in order to build the right product structures and PDM in Teamcenter. The team is looking for experienced PLM professionals with a technical background to join us. Someone who is passionate about PLM data structures, processes, rollout and enabling business to derive the value of PLM in day to day operations.

 

What are my responsibilities?

• Assessing requirements for new and existing Business Processes and tools
• Support process experts to ensure process documentation, training and adaption by the Business.
• Support business in establishing efficient tracking, reporting and metrics to measure process performance.
• Proactive participation in improving overall system functionality and process efficiency.
• Analyze, suggest and implement improvement of current best practices related to data and processes in teamcenter.
• Verifying design structures and product structures to comply with requirements
• Support the design departments in achieving their targets through improvement of processes and workflows
• Governing master data processes and supervising methodologies and quality

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You are an experienced engineer (min. 5-8 years) with experience in Master Data creation and Business Process development in an R&D and Production environment
• You have at least 5 years of experience working with teamcenter and/or NX.
• Experience in working as Business/technical architect with Teamcenter or other PLM systems is an advantage.
• You not accept poor quality in your own work
• You are structured, methodical and organized and thrive in a changeable environment
• You are supportive and have a helpful and service minded approach to colleagues and tasks
• You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
