I am currently recruiting for a leading provider of business to business communications, offering a range of connectivity solutions, telephony products, and managed services to businesses of all sizes. Established in 1997 the company has a strong heritage in delivering industry leading technology services across the South East. Averaging 23% growth year on year, since its inception, they enjoy low staff and customer churn rates coupled with an aggressive acquisition and growth strategy, offering management a challenging and rewarding environment to work in.

We are on key vendor Partner Advisory Council’ and have a direct influence over key technology trends, regularly attending councils and conferences across the globe (Microsoft, HPE, VMWare, Sophos, Dell / Dell SonicWALL, Gamma, Avaya to name a few).
Reporting directly to the Sales manager this position encompasses overall responsibility for the delivery of all marketing events to prospects and clients across the client base. This position requires clear communication, co-ordination and management to ensure clients expectations are maintained
This role encompasses overall responsibility and delivery for all business development through the customer base and self-generated new business opportunities. The first 6 months (to cover maternity leave) will be mainly office based, this will give you the ideal opportunity to fully learn and understand all of the company’s business process whilst establishing a strong pipeline through gaining familiarity of our customer base. You will be responsible for raising awareness of our products and services across the south east aimed at small to medium companies. You will be talking directly to decision makers in companies, often directors, CEO's and senior decision makers within these businesses. You will be comfortable gaining commitment on the phone and following up the customers with all the necessary administration.
To be considered for this Account Management role you will need to have previous sales experience within the telecoms, an Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills and experience cold calling and winning new business.
You will be responsible for generating your own leads therefore you must have a target driven mentality with the hunger to succeed.
